Szymon Bobrowski graduated in 1995 from the Department of Acting at the PWSTviT in Lodz, Poland. After graduation had a four-season spell of acting for Teatr Nowy in Poznan where he was awarded many prizes, including the best debut of the season award. Since 1999 he has been employed by Teatr Powszechny in Warsaw where he had an opportunity to work and perform with the best polish actors: Krystyna Janda, Janusz Gajos, Marek Kondrat, Zbigniew Zapasiewicz.
As a movie actor he first appeared in 1995 in the movie Kamień na kamieniu, but his real movie debut was Demony wojny według Goi (1998). Since then he has appeared in many movies directed by well known Polish directors, for example: Prawo ojca (2000) director: Marek Kondrat, Pierwszy million (2000) director: Waldemar Dziki, Zycie jako smiertelna choroba przenoszona droga plciowa (2000) director: Krzysztof Zanussi. He speaks English fluently. Appeared in an international movie production: Karol – A Man Who Became Pope.
He gained popularity thanks to TV series: Magda M., Na dobre i na zle, Odwroceni and Twarza w twarz.
